At TJ Frames, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our furniture and customization options, we have a strict refund and return policy outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. All sales are final.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

  • Proof of Damage: Clear photographs of the defect or damage and the original packaging must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or altered.

  • Items without the original packaging or proof of purchase.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival and cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, assembly charges, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.


4. Return Process

If your return meets the criteria above:

  2. Provide Documentation: Submit your proof of purchase, photographs of the damage/defect, and a description of the issue.

  3. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number if your return is approved.

  4. Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for securely packaging the item and covering return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders for custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


6. Disclaimers

  • Natural Variations: Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal for natural materials and are not considered defects.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
